Location short walk to the jungle, beautiful spacious gardens by the side of a river and Chiang Mai. Plus, 15 minutes drive from Zamzam Well. Reasonably spacious unit where the water is working😃👌👌

Ideal hotel, huge rooms, bravo!
honestly nothing too much trouble. the venue is fairly clean, with very pretty location near to manicured jungle, a separate restaurant and nature and peace. variety of food at the american breakfast. spacious bed, best bathroom and a minibar, satellite tv, and climate control in the room. very, very nice and friendly staff providing brilliant services.

We really enjoyed it and didn't feel like leaving. The American breakfast was our favourite. The location was very pretty, near to the river and the center, and had nice views.
Everything was first-rate.

The rooms / houses are very big. You have more space than you would actually need. If you like quietness, then this is the place to be. Very pretty garden!
It is not situated nearby the centre of Pai, but that was not a problem for us, as we were only passing by with a rental car.

Location and natural surroundings & greenery
Quite pricy for a small town like Pai

Our deluxe room which was quite excellent; true Thai style but very luxurious with fantastic fittings and fabrics, whilst retaining wholly the feeling of being in a Thai home.
The restaurant menu was very limited and the food very 'safe' - not Thai. The room service menu appeared far better, but the restaurant staff knew nothing about it.
